take-sunset: The Franks House In Brentwood, designed by architect Raul Garduno in 1966. We saw this house during the LA Conservancy’s “Home Sixties Home” architectural tour last year and it was amazing. It is currently listed with a price drop at: $1.895. (Take Sunset)
